| Silver Lake is a classic lowland lake with fields of lily pads, wood structure, and murky water. It is one of the top Largemouth Bass lakes in Washington State. Fish up to 6 lbs are caught here every year. Silver Lake produces large numbers of bass, pan fish, brown bullheads, and rainbow trout. Fishing at Silver Lake often produces a mixed bag of fish. Here at Pulling the Plug Guide service we concentrate our efforts on fly fishing at Silver Lake. We usually start the day fishing along the banks casting a popper to the pockets in the pads. As the day warms up you will switch to Dahlbergh Divers and other subsurface flies. We often catch large numbers of pan fish as we move around the lake. I always keep extra rods rigged to maximize those opportunities. Come spend a day on Silver Lake basking in the sun, and catching fish. These trips are low pressure, with high catch rates. |
