| The North Fork Lewis is one of Washington States most productive Salmon and Steelhead rivers. The upper river produces Steelhead during the summer. The lower river kicks out huge numbers of Salmon during the Spring and Fall seasons. This river produces Steelhead every month of the year. We fish the Lewis for Spring Chinook from March thru late May. Spring Chinook season overlaps with the Summer Steelhead season, summer steelheading, overlaps with the fall Salmon runs. The fall Salmon runs overlap with Winter Steelhead and Chinook runs. The Lewis is a dream river with a year round fishery. The Lewis always runs emerald green. She is fishable no matter what the weather. When all the other rivers are fishing slow or blown out the Lewis consistently kicks out fish. Join me for an exciting jet boat run thru shallow rapids and riffles. We will spend the day soaking up the ambiance of the river. Watch Bald Eagles and Osprey fly by, and reel in plenty of fish to top off the days adventure. |
